DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

NO, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

IN GENERAL, PLEASE ALLOW 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING AND AN ADDITIONAL 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TAKE 3-6 DAYS TO ARRIVE. EXPRESS 2 DAY SHIPPING ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED IN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS AND DELIVERED WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. ORDERS PLACED OVER THE WEEKEND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR EXCHANGE ONLY. THE ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION, WITH TAGS ATTACHED, AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR YOU WERE SENT THE WRONG ITEM PLEASE RETURN THE ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS FOR EXCHANGE. WHEN CONFIRMED, STAIN WILL PAY THE SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN AND RESEND.
